RULES FOR PARTICIPATION AT PRIZE COMPETITION "MyPartyFusion T-shirts"

1. GENERAL DECISIONS

1.1 Within these rules, the organization Sonce.net organizes prize competition »MyPartyFusion T-shirts«.

1.2 The object of the prize competition is the choice of the best photo, which shows association on MyPartyFusion parties.

1.3 The jury will chose 3 winning T-shirts (1, 2, and 3 place) the week after the finish of the photo sending, 1.12.2008.

1.4 Terms and rulers for participation at prize competition are at http://s2.mypartyfusion.com/index.php?sv_path=54,87752

1.5 Prize competition starts 14.11. 2008 and lasts till 30.11. 2008 (midnight). In that time, it is projected the participants will send their photos, as defined at 3.1.

1.6 The organizer will announce the winners at MyPartyFusion party which will start 1.12 at 16h, and also at http://s2.mypartyfusion.com/en/index.php?sv_path=31 (under Fresh) and in Newsletter for November. The winners will be informed by organizer by e-mail.

2. DEFINITION OF THE TERMS

2.1 Organizer of prize competition is company Sonce.net

2.2 The rules of the prize competition define the terms and conditions, under which the participants can participate at prize competition.

2.3 The participants of the prize competition and the winners are the persons who live in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia. They agree with the rules of terms of use www.mypartyfusion.com and prize competition rules which are announced at www.mypartyfusion.com Prize competition > Apply. Prize competition does not allow participation of the organizer employee’s (Sonce.net). The same goes for employee’s family (partners, brothers, sisters, parents etc). The persons under 18, can participate with permission of their parents.

2.4 The prize of prize competition: the winning T-shirt (with photo of 10 X 15 cm) for 1, 2, and 3. winner plus for the author of the winning T-shirts receives the surprise award. The winning T-shirt will also receive partyanimal and partyfusion winners in the month of November.

2.5 The winners of prize competition are 5 and they are the ones who have sent their T-shirt proposal, and for those the jury voted to be on 1, 2, and 3^rd place. Also, the winners are partyanimal and partyfusion winners in the month of November.

2.6 The jury will mark the received photos, consisted of the following persons: Mitja Grebenjak – Sonce.net, Sara Božanić – Sonce.net, partyanimal and partyfusion winners in October.

3. TIME SPAN OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION

3.1 Participants of the prize competition are projected to make a photo, with theme of MyPartyFusion parties. The photo must be in .jpg format and to be sent on the link www.mypartyfusion.com Prize competition > Apply. All photos, which are in coordination with terms of use of www.mypartyfusion.com, will be published at www.mypartyfusion.com Prize competition > Photos. After the sending of photos, jury will determine three winning photos, which authors will receive the main prize (winning T-shirt). Also, the author of the winning T-shirt will receive the surprise award. The main prize will also receive partyanimals and partyfusions winners in month of November.

3.2 The organizer of prize competition will announce the winners of the prize competition at www.mypartyfusion.com during MyPartyFusion T-shirts party 01.12.08 @ 16h. Also, the winners will be contacted by e-mail.

3.3 The organizer will announce the names of the winners after the jury’s decision.

3.4 All participants of the prize competition, which send their photo, as indicated in 3.1 of this document, agree with the rules of this prize competition. All participants state that the photo that they send is their ownership. The organizer keeps the rights to exclude from prize competition a participant for which is determined that the photo is not their ownership. It is not the organizer responsibility if prize competition participant sends a photo which is not participant ownership, or the photo is not compatible with the Intellectual property law, defined at www.mypartyfusion.com.

4. THE OBLIGATIONS OF THE WINNERS

4.1 Winners of prize competition MyPartyFusionT-shirts must not latter than 15.12 send on organizer’s e-mail (mypartyfusionslo@gmail.com) their personal data (name, last name, address, tax ID); in the case, that the person is under 18, parents must also agree.

4.2 If the winners do not send to organizer their personal data, the organizer is not obliged to send the awards.

4.3 The winners are obliged to sign the statement, with which they agree with all rules of this prize competition. The signature is obligatory for receiving the award.

4.4 The organizer keeps the right, not to give the awards, if determined that the participants were not participating under rules defined in this document.

4.5 The awards is not possible substitute for money.

5. STORING THE DATA

5.1 The winners of the prize competition allow publishing their name, last name, address, and their photo, in all Slovenian media, and for that service they will not ask for money compensation from the organizer.

5.2 With participation in the prize competition, participants allow organizer storing their personal data, in coordination with Intellectual property law.

5.3 All complains related to prize competition are processed by organizer of prize competition. The participants can send complains on mypartyfusionslo@gmail.com. In the case complains are valid, the organizer is obliged to solve them in favor of person initiated complain. Also, the organizer will inform all participants of the prize competition about his decision.

5.4 Organizer can change the rules of prize competition, in case of technical reasons, commercial reasons, or reasons of public opinion.

5.5 Organizer will inform participants about all changes at page www.mypartyfusion.com Prize competition > MypartyFusion T-shirts.

6. RESPONSIBLE COURT

6.1 All prize competition problems are under responsibility of court in Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia.
